現在的R100是經過兩次改良的終極版，由於300B推805這個線路對變壓器的要求非常高，所以廠方多次下功夫提升變壓器的質素，令到R100既有300B的韻味，同時擁有805的大功率輸出，是美詩所有膽機之中最能兼顧韻味和推力的型號。最新版本已經加入了遙控功能。
